George Papamihail

Director & Principal

George is the principal of George Papamihail Barristers & Solicitors. He has more than 30 years’ legal experience as a Barrister and Solicitor.
George is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the High Court of Australia.

Professional Background

George acts as Barrister and Legal Counsel providing advice, opinions for numerous clients in the various Courts. George has a wide and broad range of experience as a trial advocate on behalf of clients in pursuing their interests at trial. In addition to his extensive legal expertise, George has a long history of business and commercial experience and provides a pragmatic approach to solving legal, business, and commercial issues.

George has been the director of many public and private companies over the years and has experience in conducting and managing various commercial, property, and mining companies. George is well versed in banking, finance, real estate, IP, mining, and has a vast history of involvement with international projects, and currently involved in various global endeavours.
George is fluent in English, Greek, and Macedonian.

Solicitor

Helen completed her Juris Doctor at Murdoch University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2017.

Professional Background

Following admission Helen worked for two years as a Judges Associate at the District Court of Western Australia where she was involved largely in criminal matters.
Before studying law, Helen’s background was in education and she has worked as a teacher in Australia, the UK and China.

Solicitor

Beibei graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2021 and then completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law Australia. Beibei was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia in 2022. She also holds a Master of Accounting from Curtin University.

Professional Background

Beibei has previously worked many years as a registered migration agent, gaining wealth experiences in all aspects of Australian immigration law and complex visa matters. She has run trails in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Migration & Refugee and General Divisions) from the beginning to decision.
Beibei works on various matters. She will provide pathways for legal representation for those who find themselves without the resources due to language barriers and cultural differences.

Beibei is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) as well as Japanese

Law Clerk

Vishani is currently in her second year of her undergraduate degree at the University of Western Australia and is on track to begin her Juris Doctor in 2025.
Vishani works at the law firm part time, assisting the staff on various legal matters and doing administrative tasks.
Vishani is fluent in Gujarati and proficient in Hindi and Swahili.

Admin

Rizwan recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Law and Management at Murdoch University. Rizwan works at the firm full time, assisting in daily administrative tasks as well as assisting the staff on various legal matters.
Ahmad is fluent in Tamil.
